Acting and Filmmaking Workshop
for Middle School Students

On March 10, 2007, Middle School students gathered at the Alexander Dawson School to create a video about "Life as a Middle School Student".

In the morning, students scripted and filmed their own 3-4 minute stories in small groups, using high definition video equipment.

During the afternoon, they individually edited their group's footage using Final Cut Pro, making their own unique version of the scripted story.

At the end of the day, the group screened the films and shared their ideas and experiences.
