Looking Glass Arts Students film
PeaceJam's "10th Anniversary Celebration"
September 15-17, 2006

PeaceJam held its 10th Anniversary Celebration, "A Global Call to Action" at the University of Denver on September 15-17, 2006.   Over 3,000 high school students from 31 different countries convened with 10 Nobel Peace Laureates.

Seven Looking Glass Arts students and several adult professionals captured over 100 hours of video-footage of the event.

The 10 Nobel Peace Laureates were:
His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, President Oscar Arias, Jody Williams, Betty Williams, Mairead Corrigan Maguire, Shirin Ebadi, Adolfo Perez Esquivel, Rigoberta Menchu Tum, and Jose Ramos-Horta.

Looking Glass Arts Film Crew:

Over the weekend the Nobel Laureates and students discussed strategies to create positive change in the world, gain skills, network, and celebrate the accomplishments of the PeaceJam Foundation.
